Default 406 wheels on 1.1 saxo?

hello guys,

I have got a set of peugot 406 alloy wheels (similar to the vts wheels) and was trying to fit them to my saxo, but the bolts were the wrong thread and stripped the threads on my break drum and front disk. what bolts would i need to fit the 406 wheels to my saxo that will be the correct thread and would fit the wheels? could i use vts alloy wheels bolts? or are they different thread again to the 1.1?

thanks

if you have knackered the threads in your drums and disks you will need to rethread the holes otherwise no bolt will fit I reckon

This might be silly, but did you try the bolts that used to be on your old wheels?

i had steelies on before so the bolts are far to small, they only hold the wheel on by about 2 threads, and your right pal the drum and disk are 'brown bread' off to get new ones today and i think i have sorted the problem the bolts i had were 12m x 1.5 and the saxo takes 12m x 1.25 so just ordered some!
