Ahh, are you lucky enough to be a member? Aha
Makes me chuckle how a couple of people can decide who is worthy and who isn't.

My understanding is, that they look through some of your previous posts, and decide from there whether to accept you or not based on whether you'd have anything worthwhile to add to it. Otherwise, you're just left looking at it.

It isnt just about track days, the section originated from people wanting a section for more technical discussion, not track days You dont need to have ever been on a track day, you don't have to have the intention of going on a track day, you dont even need a car to be in it..if you have the knowledge and prompt good discussion for others to learn off then you are eligible. Seems a few people want it to to just add to their CV for the internet.
Why would it make you chuckle that some people decide who and who can not post in the forum? Look at the other sections and the amount of moderation due to idiots. People have also been removed from the track section for posting shit. People get denied from the section, the sort of person that wants advice on where to get tow stickers or the size bolt for their TRS tow strap. If the requests to the section wasnt moderated then the entire forum would be posting shit in their as almost every member has a track car apparently.
Lack of posts doesn't matter either, people with under 50 posts are in too, some even 10 posts..
If you are going to post comments in the track/motorsport prep section on a snide tip then you wont be able to post in there for long

Ages ago? 10 days ago?
People need some patience, not many people apply for the section so dosent get checked every hour, nor are people on the internet constantly to check requests for the section.
check the FAQs for why your stickers havent arrived yet and when you can see the for sale section too if you have less than 100 posts

I thought that too when he posted his reply, wasn't sure if he was joking or he reapplied ages ago and got accepted.
