Default quickshift ??

hi guys might be in wrong section but how do you fit the quickshits ? do you need to change anything on the gbox linkages ect.. ? and what are the good sides to them ? is it just up for gear and down for down gear ect.. i have no idea if some 1 could clear it up for me i would be great full thanks!

I think the short shift from griffiths engineering is fitted underneath the car, cud be rong, i'll get a link
