Default Rear suspension noise (Squeak)

I seam to get this noise coming from the rear of the car at low speeds or under around 30MPH. It doesent happen at high speeds but will happen more on bumpy roads. Also the noise is not continuous just noticable. Any ideas what it could be, Bushes maybe?

Thanks

i had this sounded awful when i hit a bump. more of a groan than a squeek. but was a squeek quite hard to discribed.

but i went to leeds with 3 mates in the back. hasn't done it since. so i assume the dampers were siezing. got new apex dampers on now. and the stub pins are like new.

smack dab in your face when you get back wheel off

just be sure to jack both sides up and on axle stands so you can get the bolt out, clean up the threads and get it back in, otherwise the end plate moves
