Default building or buying a battery bay

can any tell me if u can buy a battery box for a saxo
or can one be made . and allso wht is the best way to surcure to the body

on my old 306 dturbo moved bettery to the boot and all i did was take the tray from engine bay and welded it to boot floor..

just welded down where the bolts would of went. and when it went for mot. the moter was quite impressed with it and said it was strong and a nice tidy job..

u can even paint em once in soo looks good

But a 306 battery box is plastic??


Just buy a universale one from the likes of raldes or Merlin motorsport, make sure that the box and battery are secure

only the front and side are plastic. base is metal and the battery is bolted down with bracket to the base. i didnt put the plastic back on when it was in boot..
