Default Flat arch f*cked beam but like the height

Ignoring the front obviously how low does this look at the back obviously the rear beam is f*cked but how many mm down over standard 1.1 ride height does it look?

I am asking because I may get them to lower my reconditioned beam.

Cool thats what i was thinking, I'm looking at the apex 35mm kit so how low do i get them to lower the torsion bar by for best handling, I've read they should be a few mm higher at the back for handling.

While getting them to fit the kit & reconditioned beam should I get them to change the bushes or anything?
