Thinners. Just standard cellulose thinners will wash it off in no time. Just mask up the black plastic on them first and take off the car or you will make a mess.

Any paint place it's only 25 quid for 25 litres so should be cheap as chips ask for gun wash or standard thinners and wear gloves.
