Pre Workout Supplements
I was taking Jack3d for a fair while, tryin to stick to the 2 on, 2 off etc when possible, although found after a year or so, I was becoming pretty immune to it, so was looking about and decided to try Animal Pump, started taking it on monday this week and must say, it feels pretty good and like Jack3d used to be for me, after a workout, sometimes I wanna keep goin and cant sit still for 5mins!
anyone got anything else theyve used?

This, although I just have a normal coffee with some peanut butter on toast about half an hour before I go to the gym... Might ramp that up to 2 coffees with sugar and add some jam with the peanut butter as well then!

Interesting, I very rarely use it anyway, or anything because I feel They cant be too good for you. Even if I'm wrong I still have this thing in the back of my mind saying don't use them..

Musclepharm assault for me too, absolutely love the stuff.
Have to take less than the recommended measure they give though or my body's to messed up for a decent workout

The jack3d stuff got pulled ages ago mainly beause of the DMAA.... so not sure if you are going on about this because it was in the news recently but it's not been pulled from gyms recently... :/
Most supp shops and gyms I've been have the re-released version jack3d Micro... which is a whole new supp.... Old news

MP assult is a highly recommended one atm,
although warrior blaze is primarily a fat burner, i found the old stuff brilliaant as a pre-workout aswell, the new stuff isnt the same tho

May be old news but was new to me, my Gym was selling all their Jack3d stuff on the cheap then went the next day and everything had vanished, asked why and he told me the reasoning behind it, so bit naughty they was selling it off cheap! but news gets to people at different times!
