Question Tow eye

does anyone happen to know who makes tow eyes for mk2 saxo a have found a thread on this but it restricts me when I click on the thread. Any advice would be appreciated.

Searched ebay . I found some but not sureif they are the same thread also i want it to be slightly shorter than standerd tow eye. Any ideas ??

Why does it need to be shorter than the standard towing eye? It does its job just fine at the length it is already. Theyre only on while you are being towed anyway.

I bought a clio style stainless one from here a few years ago, used it once ... Pretty sure the thread wasn't done correctly as it never fully screwed in maybe about three threads.

So my advice would be make sure it is M12x1.25 when you buy it.

I think what people are trying to get at, why do you want a shorter one when you're only allowed it to be attached when its being towed. You'll get done by the police if you've got a tow eye attached when not being towed as its a hazard to pedestrians and other cars
