can any one tell me where i can get some gear linkages that are good and shorten gear changes thanks need asap..

Martijn, you only have to grind the old balls off and drill holes where they were. Its really simple and i can send you a guide

What's the benefits of group a over the N's on a standard vtr? Just tighter shorter shifts?

Those are what I used, cant fault them. Although I did lose the securing clips but some strong wire does the job instead
