Respray ideas?
So thinking about getting a respray but not 100% sure on what to go for. Quite like the Icelandic colour but was also thinking about sun dance yellow? What's a nice colour to choose in your opinion?

If your going to respray, unless doing a full strip down, engine bay, boot and door shuts job i would keep the car the same colour.
And if you do change the colour, please do take the kit off first, dont want another Yorkie.

Would like to go an after market colour to be different but not sure if it'd look to chavy and got to say really like the moonstone but then again if I was going to fork out to spray my car moonstone I guess is be as well just forking out for a new car that colour and probably save some money, hum...

Im boring and like basic gloss colours. Some subtle metalic colours look good, but im not overly bothered.
In the MG scene everyone gets majorly excited by those rare 'momogram' painted ones that are pearlecscent but i think the cars look better well presented in their standard gloss colours.
Persoanally like saxos in black, icelandic and wicked red if they are really tidy and well polished.
The Silver will hide a lot and you dont have to clean them as often to keep them looking clean ive found.

lol - very 2002.
I'd go metallic brown (new Mercs have a lovely brown option) or mega gloss grey (like old BT van grey but glossy as fuck).

Dude. You bought spray tint for lights. You're really not in a position to hand out styling advice

Pretty sure ...

And as others are now saying - that brown is the don. If I hadn't had my car resprayed last year I'd have it that colour in a heartbeat. Own up - you secretly like it.

Any saxo painted brown will always be compared to Bens.
Colours are either long lasting or very fashion based. At the mo the most asked for colour is pearl white. If I was you I would stick to the grey's blacks blues/ xirallic or pearl metallic.
As any painter will tell you anything other than these and the car can be dated within 5 years to when it was painted just by the choice of your paint.
In all honesty I always wanted to paint a saxo in black base coat then go for a gold xirallic pearl in the clear coat. So in day light the car looks gold but then at dusk you only get gold high lights. And at night its solid black apart from the places the street lights reflect then they are solid gold.
