Default Car cuts out on idle

hi if anyone could help would be great,
if my car is cold and i start it, it will idle for awhile then as soon as the engine starts to get warm it starts to bog down and wants to cut out then a short while after the engine will just cut out, same if i am stopped at say lights or traffic i have to keep the revs up to stop it cutting out, i took the icv apart and cleaned it and still had no effect as i have read up a little on it but still could not find anything to solve my problem? help please!! btw it is a vts 2003 if its any help.
