Personally for me it's his level of conditioning that makes me think he isn't natty, yeah fair enough 180lb isn't freakish but lets not forget that he is staying within a certain category and obviously never aiming to compete with Mr O's...
Saying that 180lb at 5 foot 10/11 or whatever he is and being probably around 5/6% bodyfat isn't freakish but it's his class to stay around that...
Why risk losing mass when your cutting down to such low bodyfat which could rule you out of a placed finish when you could cleverly cycle and have all signs out of your system to pass tests (if you play your cycle right)
A high percentage of professional bodybuilders are assisted, it's basically no different within that community than a protein shake is to general gym goers...
I generally think someone in his position may be natural early into their career and maybe for a few years into it, but as you progress into the bigger and established competitions staying natural won't see you as well conditioned as some of the other guys... and you'll end up dropping down the ranks again....
