Bought the car for 400 quid and knew i was modding before i even got it, have already done a few bits here and there and had the few obvious disappointments along the way such as 3 stud wheel shocker behind hubcaps with 4 studs but all us being overcome thankfully, opinions and views welcome. and (sorry its not a saxo )

this is how she was when i bought her.

this is when i sprayed the steel wheels black and the calipers/drums blue

found a deal for four silver compomotive mo alloys in 3 stud on gumtree so snapped them up and painted them white ( came out class too ) then forgot to mention i removed rubbing strips and debadged the car before my wheels came

recommend this to anyone removing adhesive from rubbing strips...nothing else was working for me, and found this at halfords!

wheels on car, bit odd as nothing else was done but looking cool none the less!

found this xsi bumper on ebay in diablo red so hard at work prepping for the miami blue. took forever aswell. bumper was 109 quid with 39 p&p but worth it

old bumper off!

and new bumper on!, these were the last pictures i took..still waiting to hear from a deal on a rear bumper and set of four arches, and i got a crankcase filter for engine and removed the breather from the monopoint also got ramair coming and tube so can dump the big ugly airbox lol, thats it up to now. all opinions/advice welcome!

yeah same mate, dunno what happened! im in love with golfs and pretty much all VAG metal, never ever seen myself sporting a peugoet as i hated them. then one day i laid my eyes on this and thought of the s1 rallye/xsi's and all the possibilities lmao

yeah i was toying with doing the steelies white but thought i cant have 13 inch steels as it would look tacky, id like to do a full four stud conversion and change to rallye steels though

nothing to update really, will have a xsi rear bumper and set of four rallye arches paid for tomorrow then will just have to wait for them to arrive..also will have ram-air fitted soon, will take a picture of the engine before/after its fitted tomorrow.

Lovin the car though looks ace on those wheels. Will look well good with a full xsi kit!

lol yeah was a but expensive but bought as it had mesh and lights but i chucked the lights as i want the rallye look, how much did you want for yours and what colour?

Yeh will look good, don't you think the trim will look good in black plastic though?
I'm driving an old T reg Mazda at the mo...will have to keep quiet about that haha

believe me i almost went down that route and dont know if i made the right decision of rallye against xsi tbf but always liked rallyes so if anything will go that route before the xsi route lol,

was gunna say lol no wonder you defended me driving a 106 not a saxo, i seen that mazda 3 in your picture but thought surely not haha, if anything its a tidy looking car, i do like the jap stuff
