Default oil leak 1.4 engine kfx

I just had my head gasket done a few weeks back but it has developed a tiny oil leak seems to be coming from around block to head area above the alternator side of the engine , does the head have to come back of or can it be re torqued with a new set of head bolts , I am taking it back soon just looking at options cheers all

Tightening bolts will not fix a leaking gasket, probably missed a piece out, there is a bit that can fall out on the fibre gaskets, they probably missed that out.
