for the components it should be fine.
if im not mistaken, the sub is 500w rms
however, if you bridge the amp for the sub.. then you should in theory get 400rms, or close to it
so yer overall i think it will sound great.. you might want a second opinion though because im not the most knowledgable of people

bridging basically is using a + terminal from one channel and a - terminal from another channel.
usually on the amp there will be a little line going to one + terminal and one - terminal and it will say "bridge" or summat like that so you know which ones to use. It basically gives you more power.
The sub is 500w rms, the amp will, with a bridged connection will give you around 400rms possibly a little less... so your sub will be putting out whatever the amp gives (in this case 400w rms)
to sum up lol.. you could get more out of your sub with a bigger amp, but 400w rms is huge anyway, i have 180 rms and it blows my fooking head off.

well, your amp is 4 x 80 @ 4 ohms stereo, 4 x 120 @ 2 ohms stereo, 2 x 80 @ 4 ohms stereo + 1 x 240 @ 4 ohms bridged
it will do the job pretty good, but i would recommend another sub
i heard that audiobahn aren't really quality products
