Note to self.
If you take a paper routine in with you to follow, becauset he old grey cells are declining. Remember to take it out before you get in the spa/jacuzzi!!!
jacuzzi + 4 pages of paper = nasty burning smell and clogged 'traps'!!!!!
Manager of my gym did not like me today i tell ya!!!

hahaha, i would be more gutted about the fact i had lost my training program!! Do you write down you opinons on how eact activity / exercise went, how long you spent doing it and what level you did it at.
I would recommend it then every time you go you can improve on it or stay the same. I use a laminated workout program and a whiteboard pen.

i don't know why it was burning smell. the only explanation i can think of is that the paper clogging up the filters which suck up water to spit out again, weren't getting water so were just spinning aimlessly.??!?!?!!
yes paper in pocket jobbie
