is it me or do saxo's handle like a sack of shit ??
funny thing hapened tonight, racing about as you do, comin out of teesside park, coming round a bend the car totally spins out. so im sat there in the middle of a 4 lane dual cariage way with 4 cars flyin at me, one swerves of the the right the other smashes into the curb, luckily i knew the lad and there was no damage what so ever, im lucky as f**k really. ill remeber not to tap the brake and slow down next time !!!
anyone els had any near mises liek this ?? are saxo's popular for spining out ??
as scary as it was, man ive never had such a rush in my life !!!

They don't handle like shit. They're quality. Just depends upon the drivers skills.
U've just got to realise that a car with a torsion bar on the rear, grips f*ckin well, but when it goes, it goes gd n proper!

Problem was you were probabley pushing the car too far, and doing on a public road is not cool, imagine if you'd killed someone.
I reckon saxo's are one of the better handling cars out there.
I've never heard of someone spinning out driving normally!

Wouldnt say they are known for spinning out, depends how fast you were going.
I would say the saxo's handle very well.
I wouldnt boast about 'racing about' either.

i wasnt hamering it or anything, i know the limit, and im not really one for racing as i cant afford the petrol, it just took me by surprise it was a long corner and it just span, i wasnt even goin too fast.
i feel like such a cunt tho, i mean what if i didnt injure some1. is there anything what could of caused it to spin out ?? like tyre preasure or something ?? or maybe even shit on the road ??

did you have the brake bias adjusted when lowered, will lock up quicker at the rear than the front otherwise

well you need to do a test on a straight bit of road (out of the way of anbody) because otherwise the rear will lock up quicker than the front making for an interesting time...
