Default provisonal insurance!

like most i want to get out driving it as soon as pos, but clearly unitl i pass my test it aint gonna happen. so quinn direct step in offer my £1600 for provisional insurance tpft starting on my birthday. great happy with that!

but what happens when i pass my test and have a different insurance quote to pay, surley for the 2 months ive been using my proviosonal insurance there not gonna charge me a second payment of 1700 for a full uk driving licence?

what happens? do i get what i payed taken off the new insurance or will they charge me the same again meaning £3300 payed in 2 months?
