Default FAO Polished Bliss Re. Menzerna Intensive Polish

Hiya, havent sent a pm as i am putting pics up, just a quick question, was washing the car today and applied the intensive polish and it turned the white side of the german app red....and then the yellow mega towl red too...is this supposed to happen??

This means your car is single stage paint, i.e no clear coat (laquer), so what you are seeing is paint transferring to your polishing pad (no big worry though as its just a thin layer of oxidized paint that yuo are removing)

what kind of car is it and what age, just out of curiousity?

nope, it just happens if your car isnt C/C, nothing you can do about it unless you use a pure polish but then you wont remove defects that way

As Clark says, perfectly normal on single stage paints, the same happens on clear coated paint, except the paint you remove is clear, so doesn't show on the pads or towels.
