Bell Direct, good for 0 NCB
Bell Direct is the cheapest around for me, I am 19 and I am paying 1500 for fire and theft but thats with 2 crashes lol, so in away its not too bad due to me still being young and I have had 2 crashes, both my fault. But the bad thing about Bell Direct is if you pay monthly you get robbed, they are after like 30% APR. They wanted around £400 in interest over the year for me.

Yeah same with me mate. Im going with elephant (under same group as bell) again when i renew in december. Had a crash and points in first year. But ill be taking out a loan and pay that off over the year and pay less than a 100 quid back in interest. Rather than 400 quid if i paid monthly with them.

Me 2.
20 yrs old, had my VTS on £850 tpft with admiral. 0ncb. Crashed it.
20 yrs old, my 2nd VTS on £900 fully comp with Bell. 0ncb. 1 claim.
Both cars were X reg almost identical. Wish id found bell in the 1st place. Id have an extra £3.5k in my pocket. Then again if i hadnt crashed i would too. Although i learnt my lesson about tpft
