lol my sis has a golf like that, minus the crazy power. Her brakes are keener than the Saxo stoppers though as I found out when taking it for a test drive, I nearly went over the angies.

heavy car but plenty of room for 18's! cousin has the rare 2.0 turbo, actually he had one and crashed it avoiding a driver going down Horbury road the wrong way!!!

ive loved r32's since i first saw one about 4 years ago, the latest models look shit imo, no different from all the other new golfs (cack). hope you got alot saved up mate lol if you looking for a decent one with fair mileage i wouldnt want to spend any less than 10 grand otherwise could be dodgey.. not to mention group 17 insurance and probably putting in more petrol than your average person with a 6 figure income lol. but one day im definetely going for it, so you should if u can!

well will be making a lot when im fully into my plumbing so hopefull within a few year of a good plumbing job i should have enough svaed for car and insurance, been looking now and a good mk4 r32 is about 12 - 14 grand, for a brand new mk5 there abour 26 to 30 grand depending on the extras you get, but i will have one one day its my goal

get mk4, the new ones barely look any different from the other golfs in the range, the r32 even looks amazing next to the gti anniversary editions

yeah well i do like both mk4 and mk5 golfs, we will see when it comes to the time, the price will have dropped and the mk6 will be out and will have to see what that offers
