there have been a million threads on this mate.... basically if you have access to the vts just strip everything from the firewall forward and you'll be fine (engine mounts, wiring loom, radiator etc etc etc). if you can run the engine while it's still in the vts then while it's running unplug the transponder box to stop the ecu unlocking, or if it has the transponder in the barrel then you just need to take the ignition barrel and transponder- black box which sits on the barrel.
edit- yours is 3 stud isnt it? rob the complete front suspension including hubs too as i dont think the vts driveshafts will sit properly in your hubs, then you'll need to find a vt* rear axle unless you don't mind running 2 different sets of wheels front and back
