For those of you who run Microsoft's new Vista OS. There appears to be a small bug in which the above message is shown everytime you open a folder with video files in it. This is part of the Vista system which created thumbnails of your videos.
It can be easily solved however, go to your Folder View Options and check the box next to "Always show icons, never thumbnails and the message will not appear again.

Its caused by incompatibilities with certain applications. Nero is one very common example (except the latest version, which is Vista-compatible).
