Default Standard saxo alarm problem

Im having some problems with my alarm, its just the standard alarm on a mrk 2 vtr. I changed the interior last week and since then my alarm just keeps going off randomly. Any ideas? cheers

To stop it going off press the button next to the hazard switch i think has an alarm pic with a cross going through the sound waves then you can blip the car with the remote and the alarm will no go off butyour central locking will still work.

try putting a bit of insulating tape over each sensor if the alarm doesn't go off it is the ultrasonics at the top of the a pillors.
