Which speakers for my iPod??
I've decided I want to buy a speaker system to plug my iPod in to at home... I've only got a budget of up to £70, but I want it to look good, sound good and possibly have some bass to it...... So far I am liking this and I've found it £52 delivered: -
JBL Creature II (made by Harman Kardon... the ones who make the stereos in BMW's).
Have you lot got any better suggestions for the budget??
Cheers!
Chris

And dell pcs budget systems
If you have a decent sound system at home id say your better having it hooked up to them. Theres loadsa ways to do it!
Do you definatly want a separate system for it?
EDIT: P.S. I saw human traffic the other night and you avatar doesnt annoy me anymore, it acctually makes me laugh lol!

Well I have got a Technics Midi system in my livingroom, but not sure it can be connected to that.... plus when we have friends round for BBQ's in the summer, the livingroom is at the front of the house, so the music would have to be super loud in order to here it out in the back garden.
I had a look at the Creature II in the Apple Store over the weekend and it seemed really good for the price you pay!
LOL.... tis a great film and he cracks me up!

Any 2.1 system for a pc will work too. Thats generally what i use if i need to go somwhere obscure with my ipod (like on holiday or something) We have sockets in the garden if i wanted to plug it in too, but the living room opens right out into the garden anyway so i can just use that system.
www.ebuyer.com have VERY reasonble prices. Every tv in my house at least has a 2.1 system plugged into it, you get a surprising amount of bass & good soung quality from a £30 set of speakers!
You can get some pretty nice looking speakers for PC's these days too!

White (Shiny Appliance type to match a white iPod)
Black ( " " " " black " )
Silver (looks like brushed Aluminium)
Red (which is the colour I would probably go for to match the decor in my diningroom)
I've also read a few reviews on it and they all seem to be pretty positive about it!!

Well as I said I would probably go with the red one if I was to get the JBL Creature so that it would go with the decor of my diningroom.
