if its the 5 spokes once on gaz sleighs car then there were only a few sets made as far as i remember one of the sets is now in inverness on slysy's car dunno where the other few(?) are

you could but it might cost a bit more, what you would need is a blank alloy essentially then get it machined to correct offset, holes lined and drill to suit wheel bolts and thats it
