just thought id stick this up as my 1st insurance renewal is due in a few months and just wondered if anyone who has owned a vtr in their first year driving, if there insurance dropped by much when it came to renewal time.

It wont drop by a great deal but it should drop by a bit. How much are you paying now? becuase i would guess a drop of about 10-15% would be about right. Could by slightly more or slightly less, will depend on how much the company value younger drivers.

kool im paying £1400 now.payed £300 up front then the rest over a 10month bonus accelerator thing.well im almost 20 now aswell and i'll have that 1 years no claims by then alongside 7months driving experience before the saxo as a named driver and never had to claim.so hoping it will drop by something reasonable
