VTS tuning tips -

1. New manifold like a BTB 4-2-1, these are one of the most restrictive aspects of the engine.

These come in at like £250+VAT

2. Full exhaust system cat-back, another great way to give a deep noise to your car and provide extra BHP

3. Enclosed induction kits from Green enclosed to BMC. Fanastic kits that help keep heat away from the intake cone and boost BHP.

4. 285 cam kit with vernier pulleys, These dont need new pistons and are a fanastic way to really increase the BHP of your car.

5. Jamie at Jan Sport - 01604 755529 - Does ECU reprograming, Once you have had all the performance mods done that you want doing, get them to set it up on rollers and reprogram the ECU and rev limit.

With all the mods above you would be looking at cool 30bhp+ increase or more.

Thats not possible to get to 180bhp without a turbo or supercharger or spending £3500+ on the engine. I dont think Rob wanted to spend that much? or am i wrong?

wheres the punch line? seriously! this has been discussed many times before and L.A.D have been shown to make false power claims. hell, someone wento them to get some head work done, before he had it done the car was rr'd, after it was done,it was rr'd again,SAME RESULT.

do not go to l.a.d
