Smile quote for a stainless

is this qoute an average price or to exspensive. input would be appreciated. and any other suppliers i could look to??

Fitting is by appointment - we usually require a vehicle like yours for
around 3.5 hours while we custom build and fit the system (hrs for the
back box option)We have a courtesy car available while yours is with
us. There is no charge for a courtesy car but you must reserve it when
you book in.

To custom build and fit a Longlife system onto your vehicle, the price
(inclusive of VAT) including a polished tailpipe is £289, or for a
back box alone works out at just £145.

Hmmm sounds abit pricey but the use of a car is obviously included in that price. If it was just a stock universal can like a Jap style can which are imported in from the far east and are cheap as chips its abit dear, but if its a custom built back box from scratch with a choice of tailpipe options then its not that bad really.

I paid £275 to have a manifold fitted and a custom cat back system fabricated with a custom back box

If your happy with the price and your happy with their quality of work then does it matter how much you pay?

Id say go for it
