Default Best Cams for a VTR

As above, I want to cam and remap the engine on the VTR (2002).

What are the best cams to give a good performance gain without spendin too much cash on other bits that need doing.

How much am I looking at for a decent cam, and is the gain noticably better ie, do you feel the difference?

Cheers dudes (and dudettes!)
