The dipstick bit problem will be fine. Mine has done it. It sits in the sump until you change the oil next. No need to have the sump off, it'll drain out with the oil. I ran the car for awhile with it in there and it never did anything. You can get a new dipstick from Citroen. There not that expensive. Fiver or summat.
Have a search on here for the oil volume. Think its 2.5litre or summat but i'd be guessing so dont go by that!

the oil amount will be in your handbook mate
as for the snapped dipstick get the sump off when you have drained the oil, it shouldnt really do any harm like, also you will need some liquid gasket to seal it back on so scrape off the old sealent first

the oil level is 3 litres, then run your car for bwt 10secs and switch it off and dip it agen,so the oil goes all around the engine.
