tyre pressure
not sure if this is the right section.
wot psi should i be running for 1/4miles. ill be running dunlop slicks 205/50/15

qualitatively I'd say go low on the front for some high friction bite and high on the rear to reduce rolling resistance.

I would say with the slicks you can use the normal pressure as they are designed to grip at that pressure. Agree with Ad on the rears, the higher it is the less friction because you have less contact with the road/track

Def high rear but I would use the recommended psi on slicks unless you want to chew your way through your driveshafts on the first run?!

yeah as i say i anit got a clue about actual PSI ratings for the tyres....
but atleast its a start...bu could probably get away with 20psi on the front..

the sidewalls are a lot harder on slicks aswell thats how you can get away with the lower pressure. they also operate best at higher temps so the air in teh tyres will expand more than road tyres.
