Unidentified Squeaking Object
Hi!
Am new to the forum, but couldn't see anything along these lines - hopefully someone might be able to help...
I get a squeaking/creaking noise when I depress the clutch whilst moving. It's not all the time, and lessens a bit as I go on if I drive any real distance. There's a quieter version of the same noise when going over speed humps leading me to think it could be linked to the suspension (when stationary there's no noise on depressing the clutch) Also it doesn't always happen!
The garage didn't find anything wrong - apparently it didn't squeak for them (sods law!) and it's since passed its MOT (although CV gators needed replacing) so I don't think it's anything too serious - just seiously socially embarrassing when in built up areas!!!
If anyone has any ideas I'd really appreciate your help, am afraid I'm a bit dense on these type of things!
