Grill Painting

I've searched around but couldn't find any info. Luckily it's a quick question.

I want to paint my front grill black again, it's really quite faded and no amount of "Back to black" is making any difference.

What would i need paint wise to spray it? primer and black paint? laquer? also what type of paint is needed?
