Default Leak in the footwell on driverside...

Hi,

Sorry to be a pain, but this is really getting me down now, I didnt use my car all day yesterday and after that heavy rain i found a huge puddle on my drivers side and my seat was wet from the sunroof dripping. I have read all the threads on here regarding leaky footwells etc and i was just wondering, if you have a leaking sunroof, how come it makes a big puddle in the footwell? Or could it be coming in from where my window wipers are? Please please help

get your fingers around the light in the centre of the car, and pull it down (its on a clip but dont pull too far as you'll pull the wires out), and see if its coming from under the aerial..

mine leaks through the aerial when i wash it but not in the rain!

Also PM carlos as he had something similar;

i had an issue of it leaking through the ariel base, i simply removed the interior light, then unscrewed the ariel base, put a abit of silcone selant around the base, put it all back together, sorted, took about 5 minutes

Default Pollen Filter

Hi, we still have our leakage problem. Never leaked during that heavy rain yesterday and the car was out in it for an hour. Then overnight my husband has just found a puddle again.

Some one else suggested on previous thread that it could be the pollen filter being blocked.

Can anybody tell me/show me where this is lcoated on a 1.1 desire.

Thanks

Debi
