Annoying knocking noise!! - Saxperience

Hi guys, I'm really hoping someone out there can shed some light on this problem. For the past few months my car has been making this reallly annoying knocking sound, almost like a clicking. It sounded like it was coming from the front right wheel because whenever i turned out of a corner the knocking would start. But as soon as I straightened out it would go.

Since I've had the car lowered I've noticed the knocking is actually coming from the accelerator, not the wheel. Whenever i put my foot on the accelerator the knocking starts. I took my foot off the accelerator when I was coming out of a bend and the knocking never came so it's not the wheel. Can anyone help me with what this could be!?

driveshaft sounds like, putting your foot on the accelerator would make the wheel go faster hence more knocking, can you feel the knocking in the car? like if someones in passenger seat can they feel it thru there feet?

driveshaft, wheel bearing, drop links all possibly, but does sound like drive shaft

Yeh I can feel the noise through my feet. Drive shafts a fecking expensive though aren't they?

Saxo Furio 2002 Mk2. There is a drivers side driveshaft gonig on ebay for a quid with 38 minutes to go. Should i get it? Its on the drivers side where the noise is coming from.

sounds like my problem!!

does the noise happen when your driving along and coast in nuetral? it doesnt in mine, but as soon as i press the accelerator it starts, and the noise gets faster and faster the higher the revs... lol

Yeh exactly the same! I dunno whether or not to get this driveshaft or not. Its 99p but its nearly finished on ebay. Can someone tell whether or not its worth it!

mine driveshafts are bout 70 each but its cos i have abs, no idea what the prices are like for other models

i cant say its defo the drive shaft but it does sound like it
