love the avatar robb.
leckie, it might be good info but in my opinion... but the problem is as losing fat or getting buff is so popular, its been over complicated, so much so it can even put people off.
if you go the gym and do cardio 5 times a week and lay of shit food, you will lose fat simple as that. if after a couple of months you for some reason havent (and have been eating good) then you arent putting enough effort in. your tshirt should be soaked through when u walk bout after cardio.
its all been made to be all complicated, the only people who need to count carbs and proteins etc is pro bodybuilders/athletes. dont even waste your time with it.
what you changing to anyway? doing some weights? if so thats good as it helps tone as well as lose fat. id do 5 mins cardio then some weights then back to a harder cardio sesh.

I have no idea. Guy who i go with he also works at the gym.
tbh at the moment all i want to do is lose a bit of weight. Im used to going to the gym now but i just cant get into a diet. I only have 2 meals a day but my evening meal could just be pure shit. then the next day i have something healthy.
I need to get into the pattern of eating healthy and going to the gym.
I have no idea what and shit to do on the weights. im totally clueless tbh

leckie, as leo suggested do some cardio then weights then back into cardio.
if you do 5-10mins cardio (as a warm up)
then a session on the weight
then back into cardio for 30-40 mins
just dont do cardio after you've done weights on your legs as you could risk pulling a muscle.
after the warm up and you do some weights it burns the energy you have. then when you back onto the cardio it burns the fat you have.

its common sense really with the food... a sadwich and apple would be better, much better than say macdonalds. a bag of nuts and a bottle of water would be better than a mars bar and can of pepsi.... keep it basic or you WILL slack off guranteed.
