car transportation- need help urgently
looking at buying a car on the ooutskirts of london but it has no mot or tax and i need transport it to nottinham wear i live.
Ive never done this before, - anyone know any good transport company's??
HELP!!!

did that when i was 16 on a moped
no tax, no insurance, speeding- 6 points and 40 quid fine
not doing anything like that ever again!!!!!
i was lucky though, and yes, i still have a motorbike..........in your face mr policeman, sir!

Book an MOT take it even if it dont pass you save transport fees and your still able to take it home  (just an idea)

law says you are only allowed to drive it to an mot station in your area. dont really want to chance it.

you can rent a dolly then just tow it home on that or just tow it.

i thought to tow it, the other car had to be road worthy and have an mot to make sure that the brakes and everything is ok.
was going to do this but thought again

Book it in for an MOT neer you, drive it home - don't get caught cancel MOT, get caught - drive to MOT station. For the sake of £40 you might aswell.

dont drive it to an mot yes i would but not from that distance its just asking for points and fine tow it on a dolly or rent a traylor
edit or pay some smack head bum to drive it there with you as passenger then pay him when its sat on your drive lol
