Aly's China Blue 206 HDI D Turbo - Got Smoke??
Well I sold the 1.0 Saxo and Clio 172.
Wanted something a bit cheaper to run but still have a bit of fun so bought a 206 HDI D Turbo.
Done a few things to it:
Fit 16" Nimrod Alloy wheels and new tyres.
Stage 1 Remap about 125bhp 200lb/ft Torque
K&N Panel Filter
Removed EGR Valve.
Feels about as quick as a well tuned VTR and I still get well over 50mpg.
Next is to remove them horrible mud flaps.
Hope you like:
Thanks for looking

Fmic are hard to fit on these (well ones fitted with A/C which mine has)
You got to put the boost pipes over the top of the engine and it's a pain, I might do it but I like the power as it is now.
Just going to lower it a bit.

I can confirm it is :-)
I had a 206 GTI HDI as a courtesy car when my 206 HDI was in getting its EGR valve replaced.
Nice car, felt just as quick as the gti petrol version, nice 180 torques, so am sure your 90 BHP remapped one will be similar.
Looks nice colour.

206 HDI GTI's are 1.6 HDI 16v with 110bhp. If money was no object I'd get one of them, the 16v HDI's are far superior, the Turbo's have like twin stage technology not quite sure how it works.
Mines got the old workhouse 2.0 8v HDI.
Thanks for comments

Thought I'd show you how much this thing smokes, this video doesn't show it enough, smokes a lot with this remap but I love it.
Just gets all over the bootlid of my car and I usually have to use tar remover to clean it fully.

yep there is, they are the same fabric style just diff head rests.
im over not having rear headrests now lol no one really gets in the back on my car, unless they lying down... or bent over or banging their heads on the roof...
BTW would you want to buy some GTI front brakes?? not sure if they bigger than what you already have tbh..

Loved the 172 but this actually looks quite tidy. Imagine what power you could get if you ran a catback, FMIC and another remap

With them mods its meant to go to 155bhp and 290lb/ft but you need 2.2HDI injectors and pump
