my 6th saxo project posi blue vtr
hello all ive been driving the little matt black fiesta 1.25 on one of my other threads for a while but couldnt stay away from saxos as usual so ive been on the hunt for a new project so here it is..
its a 1998 posi blue vtr with just 66k miles from new with documented previous mots to prove and some previous history i found it on a drive opposite work and hadnt been started for 12months with a little help from a booster pack she turned over straight away and i drove her home and with no mechanical faults whatsover and pulls like a train for an 8valve! bargain buy!
the spec:
vts interior in immaculate condition
clifford concept alarm
scorpion (i believe) cat back exhaust system
decatted
pipercross viper induction kit
remapped
ebc cross drilled grooved discs
mintex pads
morrette head lights and grille
diablo red rocker cover and manifold heatshield (not to my taste)
o.z alloys with good tyres
lowered only around 30mm on the rear 50mm front? (they are black springs and its solid on the road? any ideas?) turns out springs are red just caked in sh*t
bad points:
needs n/s/f arch and side repeater
dent in bootlid
needs a good valet and service
pics to follow

not to bad, a good clean under the bonnet and id spray the red bits blue or another colour that isnt red lol
gunmetal vts alloys maybe be common but look good
once the panels are sorted will be smart looking car with a decent suspension drop
how much you pay?

You have a saggy mirror
Looks a good base though!
If you do change wheels, I may have these off you if you decide to get rid..providing they're 15's
