Default scrapping saxo 1.1

not sure if this is in the right section so i appologise if it should be elsewhere, anyway heres my problem...my lad has just written his 1.1 saxo off so after getting another for him we are stuck with other car, and was wondering if it was worth breaking up and anybody on here would be interested in any bits going (cheap) the motor and box are good and its got tinted rear windows etc,or is it worth just taking off what we need and give it to the scrap man? gary...

You'd get more money splitting it as the scrap man will offer next to nothing
If you've got the time and space for it.. I'd say break it That's just my opinion though.

if you wait til you have 100 posts (or go premium), its probs best if you split and put it in 'for sale' thread - i woulda thought you'd get more than from a scrappy

then you can scrap the rest if you have much left
