Default My A6 avant, wheels pg2, New interior pg3

Hey,

So I got a new car the other day and went out tonight with my brother (the BMW) and Scott (the Saxo) to take some pictures of them all together.

It an A6 avant 1.8T and its hugeee, I'll miss the fun of the saxo but this thing is a whole different class of driving, so smooth and quiet and just brillant to relax and enjoy cruising about in

The Picture. Ive only had its a few days and already I know it needs a good wash so excuse the dirt in the picture. Its winter and Scotland what else can you expect.

You would never think the Saxo was parked beside it in that one

And some of the interior etc...

My dad used to have an A6 avant, I noticed you've got the bit in the boot where you can hide your stash of class As/illegal firearms. We used to call it the drug compartment. And yeah they're huge. Once upon a time, dadsayer was driving along and goes, 'it's a bit cold in here??!?!'. He stops and realises he'd been driving about with the boot wide open. It's that long that even noise doesn't make it to the front...

Thats a small engine in such a large car, not the average 20 year olds choice either.

Not mine anyway.

Whats the plans on the tuning side of this? Potentially a flying machine if you have the cash to make it happen

Take all the badges off it, slam it on some chrome 19's, then put 3 12" subs in the boot .

Pretty much this tbh lows and dish and some big brakes as well. But i need to replace a few things first and get the thermostat and abs sensor fixed so there first then onto the mods. Yeh its a weird jump but a good one

Haha yeh the boot is huge, ive got the old 15" from the saxo so that might go in at somepoint if i can find a way of fitting it in without ripping out bits of it. I have the duck so thats a start, dice would be fun but distracting maybe

not bad cars, basically the same as my 2002 passat 1.8t sport i had.

the s4 2.7 twin turbo lump will bolt straight in on the standard box, have seen them for 1000 with manifolds, turbos, and ecu. just thought i would say.

looks clean though
