Still can't get my head around why someone would do this. It just messes things up for everybody.

because its funny, i laughed anyway..
id say its frustrating for people who have travelled to the ring for a trip and for it to be closed due to a gian graffiti dick, still funny though, dont see why they didnt just clear it off when track sessions where done for the day?

Call me an old fart, but that's plain fucking stupid. Not funny when someone's travelled 'x' hundred miles and they find the place is shut because of some immature moron.
Surely a going over with a pressure washer would get rid of it?

Guessing due to the potential for it being slippery they can't risk it.
Know there is lots of paint on the 'ring, but it's well worn into the tarmac and not usually such a large area.

Apparently it was gloss paint on the racing line - so dangerously slippy - hence the reason they closed the ring to get it off asap.

Ahh right that makes sense then - wet track, slick tyres and a bit of paint in the mix and that's a one way ticket to the barriers and an interesting telephone call to your insurers...

So utterly stupid, a lot of drivers go off track in there. Imagine going in there with no grip whatsoever. Death trap for bikes.
