cheers for the comments people, im happy with the stance of the rear now. was thinking of putting spacers on the front but maybe 10 or 15mm spacers as 20mm will look too wide

All sounding good mate, what brakes are you using?
When is mapping planned for?
Any idea of rough power figures going by others with similar spec?

cheers mate, im using standard brakes but buying gti-6 calipers hopefully tomorrow (thats if they dont mess me around) which should be good for the power.
im hopefully mapping it at the end of the month when i put the mf2 inside and start playing aroung with that.
as for power figures im not sure, it wheel spins in first and second and the clutch slips when booting it so i dnt really know how fast it is - but when i mess around with the fueling i may just get a power run done on the rollers to see what power it is pushing. a new clutch is desperately needed but got 2 save up for it first

Good stuff, yeah you will def need better breakes, the gti-6 brakes should stand you in good stead.
Not sure about the wheel spinning stuff, cant really judge power from that IMO, alot of varients, tyres, do you have an LSD? etc
Cant wait to see power figures mate, how does it run without being mapped? Mine ran like a right dog before it was mapped!

lol i know bout the wheel spinning but its got allot more power than standard. the clutch is not giving the car its full potential so its very difficult to say how fast it is. i have no lsd as i rarely put my foot down.
put it like this , i have kept up with my mates bmw 328 coupe(e46) and he only took me on top end and those cars are just under 200bhp. also embarassed a mazda 323 turbo the other day which are supposed to be rapid.
as for running it runs sweet now with the sig con in and the decompression plate removed - just the clutch slipping is peeing me off now.

you might as well try the fast road clutch for £65 no point having all that power if you cant get it to the wheels, also can i ask how you've got your fuel supply to the 5th injector as i've took mine off the end of the fuel rail which was on a saxo vtr i took the valve out but it keeps leaking an the hose clip is as tightas it'll go thanks
