Louise's sister worked there, said it was okay. They only take you on part time though so they don't have to pay you time and half when you work etc (I'm 99% sure thats what it is).
Your best bet is to PM MikeCracknell, he worked there for about 2 years I think so he knows a lot.

im in the process of leaving there, its not a bad place to work but u wont get time + half anymore as they stopped that for everyone, only current employees like me still get it, part-timers do get it but theyve stopped doing it for everyone, food department lol? make sure u dont end up on the produce department over xmas as thats pants(my job ), as a temp job its okay but other supermarkets do pay more like tesco waitrose etc..

nice advice
not too fussed on the pay, its only 12 hours a week, just need something to tide me over, got fed up of m&s looking for something laid back with a few people my age working there.
got to do a dvd test on customer service and a maths exam on the interview apparently lol, should be easy enough.
easy to scive is it?

I used to work there. It's hard work over christmas but it's pretty easy on the brain and you'll meet some legends working there.

Yep, been a checkout slave there for over 2 years. Its good most of the time, the people that tend to work there are legends and ive met friends there that ill take with me forever. however shame we have customers they let it all down lol. quite good actually, i was only an xmas temp but stayed an extra 2 years. people in the adverts are usualy miserable but just like to look good for mr oliver. best to work on a sunday till 5, the extra hour is payment for doing fuckk all work, just a muck around when all the customers have gone
