yeah well its good to have some as part of your daily intake, as carbs are brain food
stick to brown bread though and not too much of it
fruit and veg are quicker/easier digested by the body which will help you shift the weight quicker

Got no before pics, but was about 4 stone heavier than this pic
Went down to this
Only pic i got of me a few years ago, shame about the quality, put most of it back on now tho as i lost it by being fucked by the CSA so not eating having to walk 5 miles to work and 5 miles back each day and taking things i really shouldn't have (this is not the way to lose weight, wasn't planned it just happened)

Give up drinking beer for a good few weeks and in between those few weeks,
work out as hard as you can, high intensity work outs until burn out
and dont forget to use your diaphram and control your breathing, as if youre trying to tench your stomach as you push and pull on weights for any exercise you do.
Its what i do and i never do sit ups ever

What intensity work outs are there to do at home? I've watched/done a few vids I saw on youtube and something called P90X.
