All,

Many of you may choose to make your own way to Silverstone on Sunday morning, but if you'd like to meet with the main convoy, please note that we will be leaving from the following location at 7am on Sunday the 7th of September.

Milton Keynes South West (Furzton Lake)
Shirwell Crescent

Buckinghamshire
MK4 1GA

If you do make your own way to the show area, please be prepared to move your car a little when we arrive. We will need to park a lot of cars very quickly, to avoid traffic jams. Please dont leave your car and go off for a burger/dump, etc

We also need to leave some space for the guys taking part in their track session at 9am.

Awards...

As usual, we will be holding a few competitions on the day. Trophies for the following categories will be awarded at 2:30pm, so please make sure your cars are clean (if you'd like to enter the show/shine) and try to be around for the presentations.

Note - the track driving and entertainment awards are often difficult to award and as with other years, may not actually be awarded!

We will have a gazebo, which will be the focal point of the stand... provided its not too windy and we can secure it to the floor properly! Usually we use spare wheels for this (thanks guys!), but Im hoping we are on tarmac and can drill-down to secure. Time will tell...

If you have some fold away chairs or even a light weight table, please feel free to bring them with you. I really cant bring EVERYTHING in my car.

I will be bringing a selection of stickers with me, but will not necessarily have these 'on show'. If you'd like to purchase Saxperience stickers at the event, please grab hold of me. I will be making the trip to Silverstone this year in my white Megane, as I've still not re-repaired the gearbox in my VTS So, if you cant find me walking around the show stand, linger near my Megane and we'll bump into each other at some point

If anyone wants to meet up for a few beers/ciders tonight, myself and quite a few other folk will be staying at the Premier Travel Inn, Milton Keynes South West (Furzton Lake) - post code, MK4 1GA.

I look forward to seeing you on Saturday evening / Sunday morning!

Didn't have track and entertainment as wasn't really able to judge track unless peopel sat there all day watching.

Was at 14:30 they did the presentations
