pretty easy mate, i would suggest getting your car on ramps or over a pit to do it though, just makes it easier. it comes with fitting instructions, but you just prise the gear rod arrowed on the pictures, put the component, tighten it up then re-fit the rod. well worth the £24 delivered very good mod for the money

what do people think to getting a dimma grill/ replica job off ebay? or deslatting and meshing the 1 i have??
and also widemouth bumper? which would look better;
1.carbon insert?
2.smoothed and painted silver with black mesh?
3.smoothed and gloss black?

that was at rednal mate, and it's only that price when they are spraying something else the same colour, otherwise its silly money if you have it done by itself, because i was told it costs £45 to set-up.

thanks mate, it sits alot better at the front now its down 50mm on spax springs
i think the avo's were pretty good, but quite bouncy compared to the spax, ride was alot softer than now but 35 is a good comprimise.
handling wise its a big improvement from standard but again i feel these 50mm springs have yet again improved
pics to follow
