well pal, it was pretty easy to fit, but there is a beam down the middle coming from the dash which is a pain to slip the carpet though.
had to do some slight cuts to make fit, but im now thinking of changing my mind after looking at willys, i love that
hope this helps pal

just wondering why you have stripped it out ? has the car seen any track time, would looks loads better with a full interior and just tidy, as a 1.1 round a track will be a fail

Sorry dont worry ill be taking a few more peeks in the future as i may get a Saxo in the next few months.
The C2 may be going as been nothing but trouble this past month my coils are now knackered.
So may have a look at getting a Saxo VTS

I belive it's having an engine conversion in the future. So hes doing the inside first then the engine etc when he has the cash.

i hear what your saying, but in all good builds it takes time.
ive watched willsy build his from start as a 1.0.
my car hasnt seen any track yet and it wont this year. hopefully next year it and i dont mind about the enigine size its all about the fun.
i am sorting out the small bits on the inside but i dont want to it be like every 1.1 with "subtable" mods. i love it how it is.
next year if all goes well with money i will be putting in a new engine, either a vtr or s unsure yet. but untill then im getting the rest of the car ready.

mate don t get a R engine VTS it, i had a 1.1 stripped out buckets, comp mo's decent suspension had it for a week then though fuck it going to buy a vts instead of doing a conversion, and it was the big mistake in car terms miss my 1.1 so much all it needed was 16v power then it would have been porn

thanks
you saw where i was coming from
this car shows apart of me, and i rather have the pain, heart ache and stupidly amounts of money spent on her to get her to the spec i want rather than selling and buying a vts.
is it true though with the s engine conversion you need to change the engine mounts a little??
also while the engine is out id port and polish the head

I feel this makes more sense... Lol but tbh it does look good with the carpet!
Does the airbag light not come on now that you have removed the airbag responder?
I couldnt be boered with welding the mounts in a different place, fuck that... Id be happy with just having an r lump in there...tbh im not too bothered about having power in my car! Just a fun means of a-b and dry!
